Go into the map, then under the tab Stars->Sovereignty select the 2nd from above: Based on Standings.

Far be it for me to call people out on their choice of pastries, but I personally don't have an interest in blue icing on donuts. I prefer either rainbow-colored sprinkles (no pony BS here), or the old standby of a simple chocolate glaze.

And what does pastries have to do with null sec, again?
