[FIX] Sound Crackle - Wine 1.4.1

Running Ubuntu 12.10 Eve installed fine with the normal fixes, but I had sound crackle with Wine 1.4.1. Upgrading to 1.5.22 (latest source) resolved the sound issue, but had poor graphics performance. After reading the forums I went back to 1.4.1 as others have noted better graphics performance and stability. With the change back to 1.4.1 the crackle came back, but the following fix seems to take care of the problem: http://dotcadot.ca/articles/bad-sound-wine-14-under-ubuntu-1204-x64
