What is to stop somebody from doing it again if they do not get there own way?

Yes the person who released this and by the looks of it much much more will have damaged the CSM for a long time.

From what I have read there is nothing making anybody from CCP interact with the CSM and that it is on a voluntary basis, something like this is not going to encourage those Devs who are already sceptical to get involved...
