First IT died, then NC died, then CAOD died, now you have 4 powerblocs.

CFC or really NC reloaded if you think about it, Goons being the major alliance of the powerbloc
HBC,.. Test being the major alliance of the powerbloc and blue to Goons

Solar, who are currently attacking "Whores in Space" with jump freighters

0.0 is still terrible, no one wants to fight because its time consuming and boring, im starting to get the feeling the sov warfare is perfect for people with no lives and can motivate themselves in shooting structures.

If your only interest in this game is sov warfare and all the drama involved you probably should quit and return in 2 years when CCP 'consider' releasing an expansion that doesnt involve making things pretty.

…indeed, since it changed what would have otherwise been a coherent sentence into something that's incomplete and makes no sense. Apostrophes carry meaning, like all characters. Adding or changing their position is as much a mistake as calling someone “fat” when what you wanted to say was “fit”.

Anyway, I still don't quite see why NPC would dismiss excellent information related to the OP's question just because he dislikes part of the URL for that information. It seems rather petty and senseless, not to mention slightly OT.
