I would appraise this toons value roughly around 12.2-12.3 bil. The toon has pretty well spread skills but all mostly fall under pvp/pve which is a plus. I did notice thay you have cyno 5 which could be a good selling point especially if you wanted to take the time to train up black ops for blopping. Other items in your favor are all shield comps to 5, some missile specs, some gunnery specs, tengu/loki. If this toon was polished up for the market, say another month or so to get the core skills up, I could see you being able to arguably put the toon for sale around 13.5-13.8.

Yeah, he's right, you're looking around 12-13.5b depending on how lucky you get and whether you improve the core skills or not. That's a good price for a toon with that amount of SP.
