i am wingmate. i am pretty good at building spreadsheets. i'm offering this service to others for a nominal fee. i use google docs since it works well with the EVE-Central API, but i can work with Excel or other spreadsheet formats as well.

please note that i'm changing my policy: all sheets need to be paid for in full prior to receiving the sheet itself. i have had too many people saying that they'll do half now and half later (and refuse to pay the second half for various reasons), or that they want to do a graduated payment plan, etc. my work takes real time, and gives you back real time you'd use to figure your stuff out. it's worth the isk, and i charge next to nothing to begin with. i will gladly work with you with screenshots and edits prior to the purchase so that you know what you're getting is worth it, but i will not be giving access to the sheets anymore with anything less than the full price of the sheet in my wallet already. please respect my time and efforts on your behalf.

as usual, bartering is welcome.

here's a few examples of sheets you might want to use:

  • say you're interested in building supercarriers, and need to find out the cost using current market conditions before getting started. you might be interested in a supercapital construction calculator, complete with a listing of the cost and size for minerals for each component.
  • say you're the EFT guy for your corp, but EFT's pricing estimator is always wrong so you want to get more info. you might want an EFT pricing estimator, which generates the itemized price of a build from the "Copy" function of the EFT tool.
  • maybe you're interested in getting into wormholes, but you're terrified of how much damage you hear they can deal. a chart of Incoming WH DPS per anomaly might be really helpful for determining what you can and can't tank, and for how to fit for specific anomalies. this sheet has C1-C6 on it and also has a 'spawn calculator' for belts and other non-standard spawns.
  • miners are famous for their worksheets. how about an ore efficiency calculator (determines isk/m3 efficiency based on current mineral prices AND your refining skills), or a complete mining worksheet, including skill- and time-based versions of determining payouts for mining ops? it includes calculations for non-miners like escorts and haulers, can calculate based on tax, and comes in ice and ore versions. it also has a sheet that allows you to plug in the ore you got, and it spits out what it converts to and what it's worth. this feeds into the character breakdown and shows what players got what.
  • another formula-heavy profession is manufacturers. this is a manufacturing calculator, which pulls material and component prices straight from EVE-central's jita price listing. it allows for putting in custom prices of stock (say you have half of the trit needed that you got at a discount...this will calculate the cost correctly based on that), custom amounts of available stock, calculates including BPC costs, and shows profit margins based on current cost on the market.
  • NEW - how about a reactions sheet, complete with POS manager? includes all info for simple reactions, complex reactions, polymers if you want, as well as a reaction POS management sheet and a moongoo POS management sheet. also a stocks manager (complete with pricing) and general moongoo info for quick itemized data regarding moongoo costs currently.

i charge little for my time - i really just enjoy working on nerdy numbers stuff like this. please contact me if you're interested in getting a sheet made for your use.

edit: here's a list of currently available spreadsheets that won't require effort to send over:

-mining op worksheet
-trade hubs and current market orders (specific items)
-list of typeIDs for API purposes
-capital construction, complete with several types of build types
-polymer reactions
-pos calculator/fuel block manufacture
-various LP sheets
-contract calculator (m3 and cost)
-WH gas info
-rig manufacturing
-mineral compression (Excel 2010 only!)
-rig sales
-PI sales
-wormhole incoming DPS chart
-EFT fitting price calculator
-ship volumes (packaged and unpackaged)
-pi pricing
-subcap manufacturing
-mega manufacturing sheet (somewhat outdated, needs a new data pull and i haven't found time to do it)
-NEW: Guristas LP sheet
-NEW: corp contract verification tool (looks at corp contracts, confirms whether they're priced properly or not)
-NEW: simple and advanced reactions/POS manager

bump. had someone ask for a 'contract calculator' - basically a tool that auto-pulls in pricing for minerals, ore, isotopes, ice, and PI and aggregates it for the corp to buy at a discounted rate. it's pretty slick all told, even shows the m3 of the contract so you don't accidentally accept more than a freighter-load.

i'm also working on an invention calculator at the moment when my newborn isn't crying like a banshee =)

I'm looking for a spreadsheet that compares the prices of all T2 small rigs between jita and the other major hubs mainly hek/RENs/dodixie. If you could help with this would be greatly appreciated. Please mail me with fees and any questions.

kakarifar got his a few minutes ago. also, i built a nice-looking rig manufacturing sheet that takes into account everything from broker and sales tax to current sales volume to determine the best rigs to build and make cash. pretty neat =)

i've had a bunch more orders come in and things have been a bit busy at home, so sorry if i'm not getting back to everyone immediately. i'm working on a T2 ammo manufacturing and purchasing spreadsheet atm, and will be doing a sheet specifically for t2 manufacturing in a bit.

i've also got a database update coming out soon for the manufacturing spreadsheet, which i've noticed is missing a few entries. i'll send out a mail when it's done (aka, once i figure out how to do a static dump since i've never done one).

Howdy,

I'm a fledgling Trader just starting out, and I want to be able to track my profitability. Being new to trading. I'm not sure of all the data I want to be able to track, but my sense is that more is better :).

I've had a look around on google but any trading related spreadsheets seem several years old and are no longer available for download.

I'm not sure what standard tools people use, but if there's anything you're able to cobble together for me I'd be happy to pay .

Hey I am looking for a spreadsheet for hybrid polymer reactions

I want the spreadsheet to calculate profits per hour for a POS running these reactions,

I want the sell price for the polymers to be halfway between the top Jita buy and top jita sell orders and the price for the gas to be at the Jita sell order want the minerals to be at the Jita sell price fuel costs should also be at the Jita sell price the prices should update on a daily basis

I want a Column for costs, a colum for revenue and then a column for profits, I then want a column for profits after fuel

I want these numbers for a POS running 1, 2, or 3 hybrid polymer reactions at once, and I would like all of the reactions to be included.

hey, the api took a dump yesterday for a short while, so if your sheet stopped updating and showed a bunch of lines and N/As, that's why =) it's back up now so we should be good.

hey, i made a sheet for mineral compression. it will automatically tell you the best combination of roughly thirty different items to move stuff around with either the smallest load or the shortest time to build said materials. you need excel 2010, though - 2003 and google docs's recursive solver sucks and can only do one function at a time.

i tested it by moving an ME5 avatar's minerals somewhere. i got it down to either 775km3 or so and 38 days of making a specific mod, or 1350km3 and five days of manufacturing various items to be able to move roughly 43mm3 of minerals. not bad! thank goodness for new mods that make it easy to move trit.

edit: i'm making a version for google docs that doesn't automatically solve it, but will still allow you to determine best compression for some stuff based on trial and error by hand. it's slower but still better than anything else i can find since it does all of the minerals at once, not just one by one.
