Your Launcher is Worthless

Dear CCP,

I love you guys, but you have to get your guy(s) responsible for the launcher to get it fixed pronto. It consistently breaks my game every time you send out an incremental patch and even your much-vaunted repair tool does nothing. I don't appreciate having to re-download 5++gb of the full client for a mere 6mb update.
