Simple questions that will help decision making;

Should an EXTREMELY specialized toon with over 20 mil sp not give an advantage to the fleet it is in?

yes. However they should not be safe. And they should be shown on KB.

What is the success ratio of the people complaining about the boosters? Do they even understand pvp?

success ration is highest on hulk-suiciders. And yes, "Player versus Player" is easy to understand.
So where is your point here?

If a tengu booster increases shield ehp shouldnt Pith-A invulns be nerfed too?

Afterburners are the only prop mod that gets better velocity by getting one with a better name. Since that increases speed and helps sig tanking shouldnt it be nerfed along with loki booster?

If you want it, then i can agree. However i don't see any connections between module on ship (which can be destroyed in fight) and OGB which sometime cannot be aggressed (like when i undock my booster and it sits right on undock in high-sec).

Did the alliances with on grid boosters win the recent alliance tournament?

one thing i'm sure about: they haven't off-grid boosters. Dunno about on-grid ones.

Why the need and knee jerk reaction to remove off grid boosts anyway. A simple solution would just be to give each ship which can utilise them an effective range. 2au for instance on a command ship and 32au for a rorqual for example.
