Have seen you around for a bit. While I really would like as little competition as possible, Sal has not shown any outward signs of being a scammer/****, for what its worth.

I have found no major indicators that he is scamming. Based on the API information he has given. Although this does not prove that he is not. As intent cannot be proven, and is a matter of plausible deniability.

( A major indicator would be numbers that clearly make no sense, or incriminating eve mails )

2,160,181,814 ISK (balance+stock+escrow; cached) Is his estimated worth.

Here is my conversation with him
I recognized his low graphical settings from an isk doubler I saw a while back in jita. This doubler in question posted a modified screenshot of his wallet to make himself appear very rich.

This is a picture of his contract history

Note that the picture of his contract history is not photo-shopped. This can be deduced from the EXIF data in the picture itself Although this does not prove anything

The bottom line is that there might not be any factually incriminating evidence in the API. But there are things that don't add up

Well first of all, he completely changed his post from the first one. I responded to the first one, where he raised no questions.

I started trading about 3 weeks ago. Have been playing EVE for the amount of the time this character says. I also played about 2 years ago, so I have prior knowledge of the game. I don't have those toons anymore. (believe me I wish I did)

My pvp toon is on a completely different account. i do not see how he is relevant to a loan what so ever.

I became rich so fast because I bought plexes. I would've just bought more but they are too expensive and I dont want to spend anymore rl money on a game.

And Tanith, I did not send you a bogus API Key. It must have expired by the time you looked at it. I can send you another one if you would like.

As he just confirmed it is on another account.If he says he's got a pvp char and you say there where no other chars on the API you got it could only mean a 2nd account.I don't read api's for loans like you do , i read what and how people write.

Sal it is relevant in the sense that for someone who only started recently you had too much isk at hands hence why the questions regarding other characters and their api.

You answered it in the only way possible ''i bought plex'' .Well another option would be ''i got it from a friend'' to wich the general reply would be ''so ask that friend more isk'' wich in turn would kill this loan off immediatly.

As to me, I see this person as a legit capital dealer without even looking at his API.
And gets another +1 for refering THOR X244! That's one of the haulers who managed to escape a deathtrap and completed his contract while could have given up and sucked up the collateral damage.

On a sidenote i looked at your corp , pure carebear corp with focus on industry it seems.Has 50+ members in it.

So , tried getting a loan there or maybe co-operate with them in this?Who knows you might have some corp members who love to dabble with capital sales.

They were not bogus API keys. I set them to expire in 24hrs. You just took too long to look at it hahah.

And flakeys, I have spoken with them about it but no one seemed very interested. I'm probably just going to look for a corp that produces caps and work with them. I dont think this loan will hold out. Understandably so, it is very hard to trust people in this game, and with no collateral I am asking for a lot. Ill give it 24hrs more and see if there is any interest.

You can make your own Vcode, I chose that to make it easier for you guys, rather than entering a 25 digit random number.

Someone already mentionned it in the first page, but I doubt that, even with the loan, you will be able to make profit at a good pace. Carriers move slowly and at 100m per flip with your budget, there are just so many better places where you can invest your isk. You should put your ships on public contract. I don't think relying on your thread will help you find all the buyers quickly especially when you don't mention the system/region.

Edit: Was just an observation. Otherwise best of luck.
