Wow, this community is fantastic! Thanks for all of the great information. I am at work now, but I'll be beginning my weekend eve-a-thon in t-4 hours. I felt like I may have been a bit contradictory in the OP, so I'm especially happy everyone still provided their opinions. I know this is much a matter of opinion, so I will take time to comb through everything here before moving forward. Thanksagain !

My two cents though are that the two most important things in pvp (outside of giant fleet blobs) are speed and shield tanking. Take from that what you will but there's one race who's beneifts just so happen to be the two things, along with having capless weapons.

In fact, all races except amarr have ships which can be fast and shield tanked. And the only race which ONLY uses shield tanks except for one weird fit, is the Caldari, which also has capless weapons.

Both Minnies and Gallenteans use both tankings.

So if you are hinting that Minmatar are the king in PvP, well, they were, but now they are not. All races can have decent ships for PvP, either solo, or small gang.

Blob warfare is in another level, all you need is F1 and a good fleet commander Lol
