Good morning space people, can you please help me with something.....

I bought T3 ship that I cannot fly. I want to remove subsystems from it. Unfortunately, right-click option 'strip fittings' doesn't work (I assume its because I can't fly the ship). As I can't make it my active ship, I don't have any way to remove the subsystems.

Or do I.....??

Once a T3 ship is assembled the only way two ways to remove the subsystems from the hull are to either swap the subsystem out for another of the same type (which requires you to actually be able to sit in the ship to do), or repackage the ship. You can not have an assembled T3 hull with an empty subsystem slot.

Give it to me, I will remove the fittings for the low fee of 50Mill Isk.

best way to remove the fittings is to give it to me, seriously. I can use the ship.

What a waste. You bought a ship you cannot fly ? You have way too much ISK and should give the ship to me.

Is the ship rigged?

Yesterday I stripped a tengu, then got out of the ship and tried to repackage. Wouldn't let me do it. I got back into the ship, manually destroyed the rigs, got out and repackaged. Problem solved.

If you can't even get into the ship you need to give it to someone you know and trust to take the rigs off for you.

Yeah, the ship is rigged, with T2 trimarks (unfortunately, in this case) so my only option is to put it on contracts, I guess...
