Tracking not centered on my ship - windowed mode

The new tracking feature is almost always not centered on my ship... i am assuming this has something to do with running the client in windowed mode.

anyone else have this problem with the new tracking feature?

CCP, can you confirm that tracking + windowed mode = broken tracking?
