CCP why don't you make incarna web based?

A web based version of incarna using HTML 5 Canvas & WebGL + opensockets, it seems possible to create a basic game and convert its C++ into javascript using this https://github.com/kripken/emscripten/wiki.

You have already had some success with the ship modal viewer on your site here http://www.eveonline.com/universe/spaceships/ Google chrome supports WebGL.

Heres how it would work, you would login to evegate and will have the option to click a tab called incarna, Once clicked you're now in your station quarters. you can view your ship spinning (view the link above) and you can interact with people in chat. You walk up to the door and press open and it then takes you to a 360 degree room that has windows.

If possible have the windows showing live coverage of the space outside, you can now walk around and see whos in your station.

Wouldn't a web based version be million times easier to implement?

because all of that stuff is
1: a lot harder to actually do than it is to SAY
2: a lot of work to make happen, thus taking time away from the spaceship stuff that people have said they want
3: not actually very important

Rather know they're spending some time in a much better/deserved/recent and needed engine than some gimmick worthless of whatever effort when the current game does not even works correctly with recent/different OS than XP...

Let's demand real spaceships. Don't bother with Incarna.

Though the idea is a 1 time only thing for us regular players, it may have another advantage!

It could be a great peace of content to draw new players in, giving them a taster there and then in the browser.

Actually it is a good idea.
I can see this working quite well.
Maybe not as good graphics as now (seriously doubt it)
But it would take a lot of work, most of which instead went to DUST.
Now if the DUST assets could be reused, then it would be eminently possible.
I mean CQ alone shows they could at least have a lot of starting assets.
Incarna isnt dead, that they feel the need to give clothes and work on making them look good is proof of that.
It just lacks current reasons.
Ok you can all go back to hating OP for who he is and ignoring an actually good idea now.
