I'm not advocating that null be blue, I just want to clarify it.

I also want to point out that blue just means there are no wars.
Blue doesn't mean no one wants PvP.

I always thought of blue as just meaning "I won't take your sov, you won't take mine", and a lot of people who are blue are doing just that.

Maybe not enough are.

Is there a standing you can set someone that indicates, in effect, a "PvP target".

Maybe there should be if there isn't.

Stage 1: all of null blues
Stage 2: all of null merges into one giant mega alliance - New Eden Genesis
Stage 3: with supply lines full secured, New Eden Genesis takes over low sec and uses the facilities there to turn out ships and equipment like it was an assembly line in WW2. At this stage lowsec coalitions and alliances are absorbed.
Stage 4: Operation Burn Empire. W-space acts like australia in end of ze world
Stage 5: With all the bears gone, the alliance turns into two alliances - Metared and Metablue. Perpetual warfare ensues with all of highsec churning out all the good stuff. Freighters became immune to everything during burn empire in tune with CCP's development response system and due to laziness they forget to turn that off.
Stage 6: The players of eve reach a state of singularity - uplifting themselves from their mortal shells and extending into the multiple dimensional universe in search of a universal possibility of EvE existing. They populate this and get to play internet spaceships for real.
