planetary link scale vs factories non-scaling

Hi there, I have the following problem:

- i try to link two installations which are right next to each other
- on a barren planet with 2500km radius, the link costs 15 MW grid
- on a barren planet with 4100km radius, the link costs 19 MW grid

I cannot put the factories more close to each other, so it seems odd to me that the link of the same length (I cannot make it any shorter) should be more expensive.

I had a petition going which confirmed: this is not a bug.

"This is not considered a bug but rather an intended mechanic of the Planetary Interaction system. As you have already stated, the link cost varies depending on the radius of the planet. The confusion arises due to the installations themselves not scaling to the planet's radius. The reasons for this involves the installations being made too small to interact with on a Gas giant for example. The developers decided to only make the links between the installations scale to the planet's radius and not the installations. This means that it is not possible to construct identical colonies on two planets of a different radius. "

I still think this is not logical, since one part scales with size and the other part not. This is not consistent.

My suggestion therefore is: Make it so that a link will not scale on a small first section of its length, in order to compensate the issue that the links scale, but the installation not.
