Half strength double range webs?

In a 1v1 scenario at least a kiting ship is more than 30% faster than a brawler most of the time, and a kiting ship can fit one to in order to counter so really just a new strategic element to the game.


How about giving normal webs a falloff of perhaps 7.5km?

that would be OP. No ship that got caught by a web would ever have the momentum to escape. Your fitting should be able to do one or the other.

A counter that is easily countered will kill nano forever?
