Eve launcher is not detecting my internet connection

Hello ,

when trying to connect to eve today using htc mobile hotspot from att as a provider, the launcher is not detecting the connecting thus unable to update. Here is what the launchers displays after been launched. I am attaching the error as a notepad for your review. Thanks in advance for any help provided.

For some reason there is no option for attachments, and i am not able to post ther error since everytime i try the website says that html must not be in the msg.

If someone can link the patchy link for a manual install that would be epic.
