PC on 26.6 mill Industrial Character w/ 2 bonus remaps + yearly

This character was originally a miner. Everything I could get to increase mining speed has been maxed.

Yearly remap is available, as well as two bonus remap. All standings neutral or positive, except some very minor losses with Blood Raiders (-0.06), Guristas (-0.02), and True Power (-0.01).

43 out of 95 skills at level 5 including:
-Refining & Refinery Efficiency (Most individual ore reprocessing skills at 4 or 5)
-Exhumers
-Almost all trade skills
-Amarr Industrial
-Cybernetics
-Almost all non-specific research and manufacturing skills
-Mining Foreman
-Some drones and core skills

Have all preprequisites for and can fly in minutes or hours:
-Orca
-Amarr T2 transport
-Amarr Freighter

What's this character worth? Would buying the missing skill books for the ships I can almost fly make much of a difference in price? I could get them all to level 1 in under 5 hours, all to 4 within a few days.
