Other then playing Eve... I would say selling my first pilot.

My biggest regret too, was to sell my first character. I couldn't even buy him back as the new owner is no longer active!

Wasting 3 years playing STO. Finally left after some very bad rl fleet drama just broke my spirit. I should have been on EVE years ago and totally regret no doing so.

In Eve: When I was still a newb on a trial(main) I managed to nab the remains of a mach at Jita undock. Back in the day officer & deadspace stuff couldn't be sold on the market so I kept it in station. Few days later I switched game language from german to english. Proceded to repair and repackage the haul of the day like I always did when suddenly the shinies dissapeared and some minerals showed up. Repackage and Reprocess.. the similarity of these cost me ~2,3Bill, peanuts now but back then I had to take a 1h walk to ged rid of the rage created by my own stupidity.

Mine (in game) is a two part fail...
1) Taking a break from EVE to "Save Money" Ugh
2) Thinking, "Lemme try Star Trek Online, its free to play now".

As I think back, I liken it to cheating on a supermodel with a toothless Walmart skank holding a basket full of "Feminine Itching products".

i can totaly relate to part 2 there, i now use it as a recruitment station for EVE, its amazing the reaction of folks after them playing STO then you show them EVE and they ask " why the hell isnt STO like this!?"

anyways as for me my biggest mistake was putting sheild mods on my first Apoc, although i blame the tutorial for telling me to purchase a sheild booster to put on my impirior when i started early 2005... my god we worked for our **** back then :-P

You know you could have petitioned the matter and gotten the modules back.

Enjoying the rain today? ;)

Friending EVE on Facebook so that I'm always tempted back after cancelling.

Yeah, when I found out I could have gotten them back I was pretty mad.
I was still new back then and thought since it was my fault I'd never get them back and therefore didn't bother writing a petition.

I've always wondered what the "statute of limitations" so to speak was on such things.

Getting married (i hope the wife don't see this).

You only realise you life has been a waste of time, when you wake up dead.
