I would like to know if something can be done because he is affecting gameplay, cause we cant do anything because he docks as soon as his shield gets low and comes straight back out

I also have seen this and have petitioned about it, not to mention today just before the 10.45 re-boot he left 20 or so dreads and carrier on the station undock, if and when ccp get around to banning him it would make it a better test server for all of us on there
