This thread got off topic really, but just to finish up, I was able to follow some of the advice in the (old) link below to get my stands down to -1.87. A bit of time and some isk for the right tags (data centre missions) was all it took.

Of course, I had planned to use a turret ship but it looks like I might need to get my drone boat out of retirement!
