Create new meta level drones

There needs to be more variety for drones. Create meta 2-4 drones that drone from typical rat loot drops. These should fill in the huge power gap that exists between terrible T1 drones and expensive T2 drones. Now that drones are ammo and can be reasonably expected to be lost with use there should be an equally reasonable choice between cost and power. Choosing between T1 and T2 is not reasonable, so fill in the spectrum with mid-metas.

Also, t2 drone material amount should be lowered to bring them in line with t1/t2 ammo cost gap compared to meta1 drones.

Meta levels in between t1 and t2 are already pretty pointless. I don't see why we should want more of them.

The only real purpose for mucking around with meta levels is if you are a brand new player who doesn't have basic fitting skills, and thus has to buy whatever the highest meta level is below t2 until they finish training that skill. And then you get to waste 3 minutes of your life tediously clicking all the esoterically named modules to figure out which one is meta 4.

It doesn't add any creativity to the game. It just lets pilots essentially get almost-t2 a tiny bit earlier than they would have been able to, at the cost of clicking a bunch of times. Why is that a good thing? It's not, really. It's just noise that contributes little to gameplay value.

Mostly it just clutters up the market screen. I already have enough meaningless noisy purchasing decisions to make in real life when I buy cereal, thank you. No need to replicate that in Eve.

Meta is useful for people who
a) are less skilled
b) require extra fitting

Meta drones wouldn't really help many people. T2 drones aren't expensive until you're buying a ton of them for say a carrier.

What is the problem you are trying to solve? I don't see one.
