Dispenser functionality for locked cargo containers

I propose upgrade for lockable cargo containers. They could have dispenser functionality. You could get 20 different items (like skillbooks) from locked cargo container and there could even be payment involved for getting those items. That way cargo container could have countless skillbooks and they could be distributed in effective manner for lots of capsuleers.

There could also be description part for locked cargo container so you could write list what items cargo container gives out.

There could also be limit how many item packages are handed out / minute.

Here's some updated thoughts to my idea.

Instead of description there could be automatically collected text what goods are given from locked cargo container and what is price of item package.

Cargo container owner can only change content of cargo container after he unanchores his cargo container. This makes it difficult to cheat people by changing item package composition or price of wares. This also bring in delays for removing content of cargo container.

Cargo container must be locked before it can be anchored and sell data is inputted after locking but before anchoring and dispenser functionality activates after cargo container has been anchored.

Give me comments people.

Instead of anchoring there could be dispenser functionality activation/deactivation delay. That way ordinary lockable cargo containers can act as dispensers. In dispenser mode password is not working and noone can remove content of cargo container. You can just buy item package from it.

I have more ideas for dispensers.

1. There could also be possibility to create buy orders in dispensers. This would tell what stuff is needed somewhere and encourage people to go get this stuff.
2. My idea of dispensers is that they are like huge sized space age cigarette/candy machines. Lockable cargo containers have functionality to become this kind of machine. This would be handy tool for small corporations to create local market that has no visibility outside visibility range of dispensers. Trading in 0.0 space would no longer require outpost.
3. Dispensers would also be destructible which would make pirates happy since there would be stuff to destroy in space.
4. Killmails should be created for each cargo container / dispensers so they can bring in bounty when destroyed.
5. Dispensers do not consume market slots / contract slots since they form third trading system to EVE. There could be skill that determines how many dispensers you can have active at once.
6. There could be window that shows all active / anchored cargo containers / dispensers and their current status.
7. You could only activate dispensers in 0.0 or low sec space.
8. This would create element of surprise to 0.0 and low sec space since you can find stuff for sale in odd places.
9. Dispensers do not check who buys stuff from them. They can be used by anyone who is near them to buy items.
