Lots of good advice here. Like others have said, a GM will probablu not get involved because intercorp affairs are not on their priority list. This is EVE and what the guy is doing, while annoying, is perfectly legit gameplay.

He's got you under siege. You know where he is (the system). Play Jabba the Hutt and put a bounty on his head and include his probable location. Someone is bound to come after him. Like someone said, his ship is pretty expensive, when he realizes he's being hunted he may up and move on on his own rather than risk getting turned into pod goo.

As for the chat trolling, just make a new channel and leave him off. He's tracking your activity by your chat. Deny him that info and he's suddenly a lot less effective.

OR you can try to wait till after down time and try to boot him then while he's logged off from down time.

No cuts, no butts, no coconuts!

I love how everybody says his ship is expensive.

I can fit any T1 frigate with a T1 cloak and park myself in a safe spot AFK/ATK and cloaked and annoy people

All will cost less then 5mil ISK.

You also would fight the guy rather than wait for the GM's to fix it for you, J'Poll, and if you came to this forum and posted the OP post, we'd just straight out call you lame and loser, rather than giving you the benefit of the doubt (maybe the ships are expensive for them, they're newbs after all).

Just pointing out that being cloaked doesn't have to mean he is in a cloaky T3 or a Recon or what so ever.

Cloak doesn't equal expensive.

If he's attacking you, he's not cloaked. What is he flying? What can you fly?

If you have two people, you can fly logistics for each other. Fly drone boats with remote reps and warp scramblers. When he attacks, the two ships keep each other alive while the drones kill the troll's ship.

Switch your mode of thinking from, "I can't …" to "How can I … ?"

You mean someone got to you guys before me?...dammit

Quite frankly I know your corp, was going to infiltrate and do exactly the same thing. If you are all so new you can't recruit or defend yourselves properly then join other corps until you know how do something other than crying for GM help.

Form a new corp and everybody move into it but him? Hell of inconvenient, I know. But corps that get wardecced sometimes do something similar (form an alternate corp for people to temporarily hang out in). The troll player would be left in a corp with no one but your inactives, so nobody to troll.

If you would like to have the GMs address a problem in-game, you should file a petition. This is done either via the in-game menu (hit F12) or via the support system. Note, however, that the GMs only intervene in cases where the EULA or ToS are being broken, or where there is a legitimate bug/glitch involved, not in any personal/corp affairs that do not exit the rule boundaries.

Good luck!

Heres an Idea.......First find an open Station with an extremely high office rental fee prefreablly one near a major trade hub those are always extremely high. Now rent the office and setup the autopay bills now have everyeone in your corp pull all your valuables out and empty the corp wallet. Now turn over ownership to this griefer and everyone leaves. Which leaves him all alone with a corp and a very high office rental fee which will drain his wallet.

It wont drain his wallet at all.

If you cant pay for an office it just closes. A corp doesnt have to have an office.

And in any case corp payments are paid out of corp wallets only, never out of personal wallets.
Sobyour idea is kind of useless. Rather make a CEO alt give him the corp and move everybody else to a bew corp.

But i can garantuee that it will happen again, as this shows that your recruitment methods/ability to run a corp still lacks.
I suggest to all move into a already settled corp.

petition for him to be removed, it should be done in under 24 hours, everytime i have petitioned to boot a character they have been removed in under 24

(be careful sometimes they remain in your corp chat for a day or so after they have been kicked, its buggy)

You are about to engage in an arguement with a forum alt,  this is your final warning.

You should evaluate how you got into a situation where it's 1 vs 17, and he's at a significant advantage to you. "Admins" aren't there to protect you from a terrible situation you put yourself in.

Corps like yours will typically lose a lot to people like this, because you have little to no understanding of how to protect yourself, and have a lot to lose.

It's like taking candy from a baby.

I can only suggest you try to see the game for what it is, then you might realize you're doing things wrong.
