He had every opportunity to stop the transfer, or to contact customer support to stop it before the transfer was complete.
It was HIS mistake that he redeemed the items to this character while it was for sale / while it was in transfer.

Dont make me out to be the bad guy. Im playing by the rules. The character under forum rules is now 100% mine along with ANYTHING on it. I am under no obligation to refund someone for their mistake / their stupidity.

Yes cause I am still sending you crap in game. In fact the only thing I sent you in game was a single mail message to the two characters I know you to be. and then the private convo we had this morning.

Items on the character belong to the new owner after transfer end of.

spirit of the rules cannot be followed because everyone has a different idea what that spirit is hence the are rules you have to follow

Well, whatever the outcome, I want to see an update to the character bazaar rules CLEARLY stating whether assets become the property of the buyer. Currently that is only implied, rather than explicitly stated.

Lol why did you only censor his name on one of the mails? It's that kind of sloppiness that lost you 6 PLEX.
