Esc Ctrl and Enter keys not working

Hi i have been having this problem for about a week which is disrupting me playing In a large way.
I cannot enter the settings in game also It is only eve when these keys don't work i have cleared the cache reset all settings in eve and run eve repair. I have gone on to update every driver on my computer but still the problem persists I have also just done a full uninstall and install still the problem persists.

My enter key will work on the chat windows to type but not on the log in screen.

I have gone on to completely wipe my computer installed windows 8 then installed the client a second time and the problem still persists.

I have also tried the on screen keyboard which the same keys are also not working.

Please could i get some response from anyone who has had a similar problem hopefully who rectified it as i have used the in game help 3 days ago with no response.

My mouse was the problem for mate strange I know it was a R.A.T 9 if that helps.

Bump for this, as I shut down, started up again a few hours later and my keyboard hasn't worked properly in Eve since. I'm using a Razer Mamba, but I've tried removing it and just using the touchpad, still no fix. What?

Uninstalled touchpad drivers, re-installed and swapped to a different mouse. Works.
