Graphics look poor on max settings

Hey all, hoping someone here can help me since I can't find anything about this problem. Basically I have two systems, and EVE has the same graphic settings on both. On my laptop however the graphics look like they are set on low when everything is set on high. The graphics driver is fully up to date, I've cleared EVE's cache, and reinstalled the program. The GPU on the laptop is a ATI 6900M and nothing I do will get the graphics to look how they should

check ati ccc catylyst control center there is graphic seting too set it on max image quality , there is mipmap detail level set it to high ..

Well there is lot of seting, try to restore default setings and if it will not help set everything to high :) if u have newest driver it should called amd vision engine control center..
