After spending 3 days in Star Trek online i ask my sef why we dont have in EvE somting like This STO it self is about space ships and space combat in general, hovewer it offer planet - ground combat on big scale, i found this combat on ground very enjoyable even i spent 3 days in space and i focus on space combat, i know that STO is pve focused but also got some pvp connections.

STO is far away from super space simulator, but it has somthing that would be cool in EvE, imo ;]

It looks like the game has improved a lot on the ground since I played it, but the people shooting through each other is a bit distracting. What?

Agree with you, but while playing with smaler group you cant even notice this, and even if, you dont care because its about action so no time to paying atention on this ;) i just mention about this kind of battlefield in space mmos because i think similar thing may be fun in EvE, but well this probably never happens, espetialy because of dust 514, and other things like devs - company strategy and players general needs.

Dust is sort of EVE (just on different hardware for now), so saying it will never happen because of it is kinda' weird.
Yes, it would have been nicer if Dust was part of EVE on PC alongside being a console shooter, but, eh, there's still time for that in the more or less distant future.

Game is crap now, i played back before the koreans bought it, it was fun then, now it has game-breaking bugs from 3 years ago left untouched, explicitly stated by the devs that they will NOT be fixed, and getting any ship capable of PvPing costs 25 USD a piece. Im just glad you can trade ingame resources fro cash shop cash with other players, but its an expensive thing to do aswell.

Well is some kind of F2P and P2W game, so these things like you mention its normal, i mention only that this game got ability and offer both kinds of game play features in spece and combat in instantions at same time, in my opinion its fun (in my case) i know that STO is far away from a perfect mmo, hovewer it got best free MMORPG of 2012 award, so isynt a totaly crap like you suggest at last while is f2p game.

I dont defending STO and i dont blame dust, dust is awesome project it self, but.

What you mean by teling "giving us" Console community or PC gamers community, in fact DUST give me nothing from PC gaming perspectie espetialy inside EvE, this sound like Dust is part of EvE but i need console to tase it. Most impresive feature of dust is that this game is connected with EvE, hovewer game it self is nothing spetial espetialy similar games with same or even better look exist from long time in whole game indusry.

In fact all what i got since years CCP promises its prison cell caled WIS, wired part of this, its WOD prototype - engine and avatar feature tested in EvE, which after long period become natural EvE part.

Well, one could imagine that 2-3 years after Dust is out, it might eventually get a PC version also, wired in the same world.
Especially if the console version would not make remotely enough cash compared to EVE.
