Failed to resolve scanMgr, reason='You must be located in a solar system to use this service'

Due to my bad habbit of directional scanning constantly, I get this message every time I dock, if you press scan while docking, you get this message, it's a useless notification that would be nice to autohide.... or disable (message that you fail to scan while docked)
