Requirements:
Competence, some knowledge of WH space.
5 million SP (Exceptions can be made)
Indy/Combat Skill pref.
Scanning Skills.
Skype/Ts3 (preferred)
Patience.
Laid-back attitude.
Battle-cruiser or Mining Barge skills a bonus.
