Time before reactivation takes effect

Greetings.

I posted in the reactivation thread. A day later a dev has made the post that accounts have been reactivated. I am still unable to access buckingham.

So does that mean he missed me or that it takes a single downtime before it goes into effect, in case of the latter when does buckingham go down for maintainance ?

Usually a single downtime afaik, not sure the exact times but I believe its around 9-10am GMT if it hasn't changed(?)
