EVE University - Special Treatment? CCP implementing a teaching decshield?

An old-timey member of EVE University wrote this perplexing comment on the E-Uni forums. (I've highlighted the most interesting statement.)

Would love to hear what this means from either CCP or EVE University. Without any additional information, it sounds like CCP is going to implement a permanent decshield for EVE University?

Confirming that CCP is going to implement immunity from wardecs.
It will cost 42 plex per month to be immune. This was the idea of the CSM and CCP has embraced it.

It's no longer about being butthurt. Just notifying the community that there MAY BE some potential special favours heading E-Uni's way from CCP.

E-Uni does good for the newbie-end of the game, but no player-run corporation deserves special treatment from CCP.

You do realize there is a mechanic to make yourself immune from wardecs. I won't post how you do it because I don't know if it's an exploit or not, perhaps that's what they're doing and has nothing to do with CCP.

If it is true then I think it's a good thing.

The cycle is always the same: PvP (lol) corp wardecs the uni, they get blobbed by blackbirds and then complain that they got blobbed and that e-uni is full of noobs (lol). It'll be nice to see it become a lot more expensive to dec the uni so that only the more serious alliances would be interested, such as - dare I say - The 0rphanage, thereby effectively ensuring the uni actually gets some fights.

However I suspect this is just a comment taken out of context and portrayed in such a manner as to expose a possible conspiracy against the sanctity of all that is right with this MMO.

Poetic, any plans on what you'll be doing with your EVE career? I would imagine you've made yourself another account so that you can enjoy the other aspects of the game and not just these obsessive stalkings. To put things into perspective; while you've been circumnavigating whatever ban has been put in place to continue reading the forum of an alliance that kicked you out there has been an absolute ton of fighting happening in Delve; it's a real hot bed right now. My corp is just shy of 600 kills just for October so far. It is literally epic out here, why don't you lose your stiffy for the uni and come join us?
