Don't bother with fancy setups if you're new to the game. A lot of expensive stuff will engage you in T1 cruisers. 1 mistake with this amount of EHP/EWAR/NEut and you win.

5 medium drones look like they belong to an Abry. So you can set drones to assist on your bait thorax. means you are still doing DPS with drones until the cloak lock time wears off and you can start neuting.

I love the arbitrator. It makes me sad when people write it off. You can squeeze 50k ehp out of it, which means it won't explode instantly when attacked. With a rack full of neuts and two tracking disruptors, you are very nasty. Hell, you can even use medium ECM drones for maximum douchebaggery.

Excellent durable support ship.
