Titan book and capital ships book are worth 5.5 alone. So it's more like 5bil for 8mil SP which is pretty normal tbh.


I factored the cost of the skillbooks in, otherwise I wouldn't have offered him 8. Most toons average between 300-400 isk/SP and given that this toon can't do anything but sit in a Titan, in my mind that puts it at the lower end of that spectrum.
