As someone who sometimes runs BPOs and BPCs in a nearly untanked frigate, sometimes speed and sneakiness matters more than tank.
I mean, I COULD haul them in a BS or orca, but a speed-fit frigate is just quicker, and I can clear the mass of haulage in a hurry.
