Vengence level 4 serpentis faction rat spawn?

Hey, I was running this mission last night and have never had this happened before: the final spawn a shadow core Baron appeared. unfortunately the wreck was empty. there was no mention of this happening in Eve survival.
has anyone else ever seen this in this mission?

I can confirm this, he also dropped some faction loot, shadow resistance plating and a shadow 100MN microwarp drive.
I was glad that I stopped to loot that mission.

I have never seen one in Vengeance, but cool if this is true.

I think there has been a stealth update. Just ran Serpentis Blockade and final spawn a Shadow Core Rear Adm spawned. Again, no loot. :(
