We are CCPs customers, therefore as paying customers we have an entitlement to customer service. Customer service can be looked on as explanations as to why the server keeps going down early without prior warning.

So you know, yes we are in fact entitled to an explanation.

You are - in no way ever - entitled to customer service.
It's a service. They don't have to do it. Nope. Nada. Never ever.

That being said, it's totally good if they have one and it's even better
if they communicate with the community ... but still ... no entitlement there.

I asked you nicely... please stop speaking. Permanently. Or if you can't do that, at least cancel your Eve accounts so our forums can be rid of a major but perfectly cureable form of cancer. Or even if you can't do that, at least do something stupid enough to get a permaban.

None of us with sound minds expect (to any high degree anyway) any SP compensation. The general consensus is that Hilmar's apology was not enough for most players so when action is seen, we will again start to believe.

To that end, CSM is not and should not be responsible for giving us free SP because the hamsters farted a few minutes before anticipated. Nor should they just dole out SP for anyone for any reason. Eve has been stable 99% of the time. There have been times after deployments of new expansions that Eve has just completely thrown a fit but i can't remember any situation where it was for more than 24 hours.

Now, Miila, please... never post again unless you have intelligence to bring to the table.

Ok...... third time in three days the server goes down before the official DT. This time even before the countdown timer started.
CCP? Any answer to the why?

Here I used to have a sig of our old Camper in space. Now it is disregarded as being the wrong format. Looking out the window I see one thing: Nothing wrong with the format of our Camper! Silly CCP......
