Fireworks not loading in Missile Launcher

Fireworks are not loading in either Light Missile Launcher I or Heavy Missile Launcher I.

In each case, when I attempt to load, the module refuses the charge type.

What am I overlooking here? (Probably something simple, but what?)

You need the special launcher where you launched snowballs with.
