Hey, I'm running a Debian distro, i5 3570, 8 gig of ram and AMD Radeon HD 7870, I can log in but the game crashes as I try and connect as my character... Really annoying, because I have to use my ancient windows PC and it lags like crap... Help?

The option is called something like "Load Station Environment". After you've loaded, you might want to re-enable it, otherwise you won't be able to spin your ship. And I went nuts when I couldn't spin my ship for a couple of days.
