Issues, Workarounds & Localization

Morning all,

I re-activated my account last night. The character 'Leal Hell' was still present but with no picture however I understood that this was due to a game update. Unfortunately, my character only had 740,000 SPs plus the 1.2mil SPs from the learning skill change. On a side note I only received 1.2mil SPs from learning but I remember having most (not charisma) to level 5 and the secondary skills to between 1-3 which should equal a great deal more than 1.2mil. However I had many millions more SPs than this, my clone was and remains for up to 15.7mil SPs. All my friends had been removed however I still appear to have my assets dotted around the place.

I know the next question...prove it. This is the tough part, I don't have any old EVEmon files or Eveboard. I've viewed the old killboards but they just provide estimates (mine was 118mil! How I wish I'd just trained in the background while I didn't have time to play!). Will the Devs be able to view my previous data files to see the SPs that I had? Or will evidence be required to prove this? Can anyone think of how I can provide this evidence?

I only have 1 toon so I can't be mixing things up. I have an open petition with SSP but it's Christmas/New Year so I don't expect a quick response (and rightly so for this time of year). I am confident if SSP can see my previous logs from a few years ago (does anyone know if this is possible?) that I should have my SPs restored.
