Why not? He's killing guys who have bounties on them, and collecting those bounties. In what way, exactly, is this not working as intended?

He just sits on the gate spamming smartbombs on Noob ships, shuttles and whatever happens to warp to him.

And good luck to him! But he's not a BH. He's a Pirate.

I just think a 'contract hit man' system where strategy and tactics puts you at no.1 would be an improvement.


While we're nitpicking definitions of bounty hunter, smartbombing at the gate isn't exactly piracy either.

Find another word.

I don't judge people by their race, religion, color, size, age, gender, or ethnicity. I judge them by their grammar, spelling, syntax, punctuation, clarity of expression, and logical consistency.

Corps pay a scalable weekly license fee to Concord.
This adds you to the BH window in station.
Set time to complete contract or money returned.
Corps can set min fees, area etc.
+/- Feedback and rating system for BH corps.


This would make it a competitive, player run market as it should be in Eve.
So in what ways could this system be abused?

blame the guys that put bounties in everything and everywhere, not the guys that collect it afterwards.
