Solarienne-haani, I have a feeling I'll be seeing you soon enough!

For the first time since I started the conversation, he looks me dead in the eye. In his gaze are steel jackhammers, quiet vengeance, a hundred thousand orbital bombs frozen in still life.

Some of you may have experienced the clearly non-regulatory 'Top Up' passing out ritual the more rowdy capsuleer graduates have engaged in to date. Basically this involves a bottle of something 80% proof or higher, some scrip in the pockets of the right maintenance techs and access to the protoplasm injector arrays involved in filling the pod with the suspension fluid we all know and love. .

Fair warning - if one of my techs think he's clever enough to figure out whether some liquid of unknown provenance being offered by people who look like my fellow capsuleers really is just alcohol, and not, say, laced with methylmercury or augumen particles in a C28 delivery system.. well. He's probably also smart enough to figure out how to breathe vacuum, and I will want to see him do just that.

Precisely why this 'practice' is prohibited. Still, it doesn't stop the odd Topping Up graduation tale - the story probably doubles as a cautionary tale for the baseliners working in that profession.

Samanuni Solar System
Wiyrkomi Corporation Orbital, Samanuni III

2300 Hours 28 January YC 114

Confirmation of my personal resignation as CEO and Commander of the Wiyrkomi Honor Guard.
Control of corporate assets, employees and decisions will be handed over to Tawate Asanari upon request of the parent corporation, although existing shares have been transferred to Pyre Falcon Defence and Security.

The majority of former employees will return to Wiyrkomi and cycle back into active duty in other areas as Wiyrkomi Corporation sees fit. A guarantee for one hundred percent of employee retention was part of the agreement.

As such the Wiyrkomi Honor Guard will cease active duty on behalf of the STPRO by tomorrow, 29 January YC 114 and will start to cycle out its human capital until it is cleared for formal final dissolution.

Y'know, at this point I'm having a harder and harder time believing the "party line" you guys are putting out.

Maybe it would help if you offered any actual proof corroborating what you've claimed as far as the reasoning behind these actions. WHG has been a potent front line organization I've faced in the Factional Warfare taking place in Black Rise and other regions. One doesn't dismantle a military asset in the middle of a war without cause.

None of the information that's been released illustrates any cause for whats happened. Who did WHG fall out of favor with?

It looks like WHG put you out to pasture yourself at this point. Kindof hard to take your statements credibly in regard to the motivations of this process. Seems to me like you're as in the dark as the rest of us.

Of course, this could all just be a classic example of malfeasance on the part of WHG's leadership.

In fact, as both the auditing officer and now administrator overseeing the dissolution of the Wiyrkomi Honor Guard, I am quite enlightened as to the reasons behind it, and those reasons will as said earlier be provided at a later date when deemed pertinent.

As for malfeasance on the part of WHG leadership I would submit, given the information I have available as auditing officer, that it occurred only during the tenure of former Chief Executive Malcolm Khross and at no other point in time.

My, my, my...

I disappear for a few months and look what happens and to think, suddenly I'm the culprit, or at least the incompetent leader over an organization while something "amiss" occurred that we're only just now hearing about.

It never ceases to amaze me how a man's name and honor can be dragged through the proverbial sludge pit when he's not around to answer to such conjectures.

I commend Desiderya-haani on her professionalism, sense of duty and composure throughout this ordeal and the events of this particular discussion.

I do, however, object to have my name attached to anything related to dissidence or disobedience to the State, I'll be in contact with the appointed auditing officer shortly.

Word was you were dead. I see rumours of your death were exaggerated.

Edit: I mean, for the love of Pete, will you Caldari stop breaking my predictive models? You are supposed to be the stable ones of the cluster.

Curious. My searches of DED databases just a month ago indicated that no such capsuleer as 'Malcom Khross' existed.

For the first time since I started the conversation, he looks me dead in the eye. In his gaze are steel jackhammers, quiet vengeance, a hundred thousand orbital bombs frozen in still life.

Yes, my apologies. No record of that name, either, though.

I know it's shocking that DED could be wrong, but he's posting in this very thread. I'm reasonably sure that means he exists.

He founded Wyrikomi Honor Guard and resigned (or was forced out) at a certain point after Desiderya took command. He then supposedly died in a shuttle accident or something, or at least I and others were told.

I'm overjoyed to hear from you again, Khross-haan. I hope that time has been kinder than the rumours suggest.

Interesting. Maybe Khross-haan will provide the State loyalty that's sorely lacking these days.

You'll find what's left of your house to be in disarray, Khross. The State no longer holds any desire to look up to it's heroes, and the destabilisation of our once proud State seems almost certain.

There's been a lot that has gone on since you left us, you and I should really talk. Get you up to date with a few harsh realities.

Yes, starting with your employment under Sansha, it seems...

The Honor Guard was no longer mine to care for, that it has fallen to disarray is unfortunate but ultimately time brings change to all things.

I can assure you that reports of my death have been greatly exaggerated, along with a number of other details, it seems.
