We're not a 0.0 corp, but we may still provide what you seek. We are a lowsec pirate/FW corp. We fly everything from T1 frigs to Dreads. Our members usually get 100+ kills a month. QCATS is over 4 years old and isn't going anywhere. We tend to float in the top 50 corps in Battleclinic's most recent making it as high as #2. A good idea of what we do can be found here: http://sandciderandspaceships.blogspot.com/2012/12/the-battle-for-rakapas.html The nice thing about FW is you can log in and if there isn't a scheduled corp or alliance OP, you can just roam solo or with 1-20 corpmates and do the FW thing. The isk is still decent in FW as well, which you can earn while you roam looking for PVP. Well I've had some interesting offers and talked with some nice people. Some kind of boring and not very talkative.

So far I have yet to make up my mind and still actively seeking a corporation.
