Does neutral RR still not get flags?

We were having a discussion and the question came up. I know any targeted remote assistance against someone with criminal/suspect flag transfers that flag, targeted remote assistance against someone with a Limited Engagement confers suspect. However does remote assistance to someone who is in a war transfer a LE or suspect flag?

nevermind there is a discussin in main and apparently there is a bug.

Tedium and difficulty are not the same thing, if you don't realize this then STFU about game design.

Just have your RR alts in the same corp, nothing changed really.
