I'm sorry to hear about this. This is not how we conduct business in GSF. It angers me that our CEO have done this to you. I have spoken to the other officers and we have requested The Mittani steps down.

We will of course reimburse your loss fully, and and take steps so this never happens again. I am required by Corp policy to request that you send me a security deposit of 20% of the amount of ISK that you have lost in the transaction as an investigation fee. You will of course get the ISK back, along with your lost ISK at the end of the investigation.

I'm sure it was all a misunderstanding. I've no doubt it will all be cleared up quickly. The Mittani is a trusted 3rd-party escrow broker with hundreds of satisfied customers, and capsuleers should not feel deterred in securing his services for all their important transactions.

The only possible explanation for this tragedy is that you inadvertently violated protocol during the transaction.
