Hiya, I'm Shalee Lianne, the Recruitment Director from In Exile.

We are formerly Imperial Outlaws, an Amarrian Factional Warfare corporation, with several years of FW experience. We are pretty much always accepting new fun people to fly with. We are very laid back, fun, and are looking for pilots who enjoy being the underdogs. (Seriously, the Minmatar have quadruple the numbers logged on most every night.)

Who we are:

*Amarr Militia PVP corp.
*Tight knit, but accepting of new players.
*Bros with other Militia corps, so you'll always have someone to fly with.
*Equal opportunist killers, except for blues, obviously. You aren't required to pirate, however. Your sec status is your own business.

What we fly:

*Typically battlecruiser and down, so we expect our members to have a wide variety of ships ranging from frigate to T3 battlecruisers. And perhaps a Battleship or two lying around. (no these are not hard core requirements, just common sense) With the new plexing mechanics of FW, we frequently fly around in t1 frigates, destroyers, and cruisers.


What you must be:

*Self sufficent.
*Laid back.
*Eager to learn.
*Fun.
*Non douchey.
*At least a month old in EVE.

What we are not looking for:

*Douchies.
*Loudmouths. Really, no yelling on comms.
*Bronies. Grown men who like ponies make me cry.
*Guys who are not comfortable around girls.
*Mean people. You know who you are.

What we can offer:

*Daily PVP, both with Corp & Allies.
*Fun & helpful people to fly with!
*Corp contests with prizes. Last month's top pvper won a faction BS. Jelly?
*Ventrillo and Mumble. Yes we know vent is oldschool but we are kind of addicted to the mic que noise for some reason.
*Stories. Lots and lots of stories, really you'll die laughing about the time Ry got molested by a llama.
*Roleplay. Okay, we are *not* an RP corp, but I do it, and sometimes I might coerce you to do it too.
*Logistics. We will help get you settled into our low sec station and offer JF services for corp members.
*A very low tax rate. Like 5% or 10% or something.
*Best intel on SOMERBLINK'S promos. Srsly.
*Supercool FCs.
*We will not place demands on your time. No CTAs. IRL comes first.

We are predominately a USA tz corp, however, we have people active usually at all times of the day. We do have a couple of Germans, a couple of Aussies, and a Finnish guy. Plus, we fly a lot with other Amarr Militia members, so don't let the time zone be a deciding factor.
