EVE Music - Creative Commons?

Some while back I noted that a lot of the music on the CCP games soundcloud was listed under creative commons (the login tracks were not). However, when looking to use some recently, it appears this has been reversed (the login tracks are listed as creative commons and the label has been removed from the other works).

Is there any chance (preferably from devs) to know which music is actually freely available under the creative commons license.
