Could give the possibilty of starting your own insurance company. Requiring the KM and API verification to recieve a payment. Would also let them insure T2 ships and maybe even rigs and subsystems

Why is insurance paid for CONCORD kills? I dunno. Seems like an awful lot of people don't like it.
