Usually, I'd just go ahead and do something like this without asking, but due to the fact this is my favourite game and I'd like my account not to get banned or anything like that for doing something wrong, I thought it couldn't hurt to ask first.

I'm a big javascript/PHP dev, and I've had the idea recently to develop a greasemonkey/userscript for the EVE Gate (For those who don't know what that is. https://addons.mozilla.org/en-US/firefox/addon/greasemonkey/) . I haven't quite figured out what my feature list will be but something along the lines of adding more tabs to the links at the top, maybe adding a feeds, little things to be honest as I haven't fully thought the idea through yet but I believe it could have some nice potential.

Reason I'd ask first is as far as I know as long as I'm not altering the website to something that has negative results like spam on hacking other peoples accounts (or my own for that matter), it would be consider alright?

Can't hurt to ask right?
