Free war decs?

It's been a few years since I've played, but I'm curious, does anyone know of any corps/alliances out there offering to war dec small corps? I'd love some targets, but I can't afford the war dec fees :p

I know I can always join some corps at war, like RvB, but I'd rather just start my own corp if possible.

Factional warfare will get you a lot of targets for free.

Or, if anyone knows of any other small corps looking to have a mutual war similar to RvB, that would be nice too. That way we could have targets and no cost.

Yeah, I've been reading about FW since I've come back to the game. Seems interesting, but also a little limiting from what i've been reading. I'm also really trying to avoid the whole blob mentality - not saying all FW is like that, but I'm sure some is.

It's definitely an option, but right now i'm kinda just looking for some war declaration(s).

Still need to read a bit more to wrap my head around all that FW has to offer as well.
